Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Bali transfer to Bromo

  • 08.00: Pick up from your Hotel in Bali and Transfer to Gilimanuk Ferry boat to Ketapang Banyuwangi port, where our Javanese driver waits for your transfer to Bromo to Stay overnight

Day 2: Bromo Sunrise Tour and Transfer to Banyuwangi

  • 03.30 – Afterward, take a Jeep passing through the sea of sand to run uphill to the Pananjakan Peaks (2.770 m) to watch the sunrise on the 2600 meters (above sea levels) and panoramic view and Mt. Semeru (higher the peak of Java Island). You can see here (if the weather permits) a very fantastic panoramic view of Tengger Plateau compound Mt. Bromo (2.329 m) and Mt. Semeru (3.676 m)
  • 06.00: going back to the sea sand and walking; other option: riding a horse, passing through the volcanic sand area to a location where the visitors climb up 250 steps to rim of the crater; after that, going back to Jeep parking and going back to Cemoro Lawang village. Take a breakfast and then transfer to Banyuwangi

Day 3: Ijen Tour and return to Bali

  • 24.00 Leave from the hotel in Banyuwangi, drive to Paltuding the Gate Ijen Crater 
  • 02.00 At Paltuding, meet local tour guide and start to trek to the rim of Ijen crater 
  • 03.30 Arrive at the rim of the Ijen crater and go down to the sulfur mine location, where you can watch the blue fire, a rare phenomenon caused by burned sulfuric gases, and after sunrise you can watch the huge acid water lake in bleu-turquoise colors. 
  • 06.00 Trekking down the mountain and then transfer to Ketapang Banyuwangi Ferry port to Get Gilimanuk where our driver will wait you to transfer to your hotel
